Reconditioning Method
Every equipment has been thoroughly checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment needed to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack machine put back together according to OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: hoses and filters, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Furthermore, each and every unit receives new tires, batteries and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers provides an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units provide a 97 inch center of load.
